Description
Begin your adventure at the Madeira Trail Up base in Matur, Água de Pena. After a safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the buggy, set off on your journey.
Drive along scenic mountain roads and a gentle off-road trail through Santo da Serra, Parque da Ribeira Primeira, Achada do Barro, Lombo das Faias, and Casa Velha near Poiso.
Enjoy the fun of leaving conventional roads while still driving at a comfortable pace and taking in the surrounding highland scenery.
Stop at the main viewpoints whenever conditions allow, giving you time to enjoy the scenery and take photos.
Casa Velha marks the end of the off-road section. From there, return by road towards Matur, completing approximately two hours of driving through a mixture of mountain roads and off-road tracks.

- A valid Category B car driving licence is required to drive a buggy.
Rain does not automatically cause the tour to be cancelled.
If an orange or red weather warning is in effect, the activity may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. In this case, travelers can choose between a full refund or rescheduling the activity to another available date.
