Madeira 4 Tours offers fully private tours in two exclusive Suzuki Vitara models, guided by Ross. Choose between the open-air Vitara Cabriolet (up to 3 guests) or the eco-friendly Vitara Hybrid (up to 4 guests) at the same price.

Your tour begins with pickup from your accommodation in Funchal or Câmara de Lobos (check pickup area availability before booking). The first stop is Pico dos Barcelos, one of Funchal’s iconic viewpoints with panoramic views of the city, harbor, and surrounding mountains.

Next, the tour ascends to Eira do Serrado at 1,094 meters. From here, a short walk leads to a viewpoint overlooking the Nuns Valley. You can also visit the small local souvenir shop before continuing.

The journey continues down into the valley near Vereda do Urzal, where you will see Pico do Gato from below and traditional terraced fields still cultivated by locals. The tour includes a one-hour stop in the Nuns Valley village to explore the area and taste regional chestnut treats and local liqueurs.

On the return to Funchal, the route passes through Cristiano Ronaldo’s birthplace area, providing a local historical insight before you are dropped off at your hotel or anywhere within Funchal city center.
