Underwater Scooter Dive Experience in Madeira for Certified Divers
This activity offers certified divers an underwater scooter (DPV) dive near the dive center in Madeira, ideal for those with recent diving experience.
Description
Experience the excitement of exploring underwater using a battery-powered Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV), allowing you to cover a larger area while exerting less swimming effort. You will be guided by an experienced staff member who provides a thorough briefing before the dive.
Your dive day includes:
- Completion of administrative tasks and preparation of diving gear
- A detailed dive briefing by your guide
- A high-speed dive using the underwater scooters at the nearby house reef
- Surfacing, equipment return, and access to hot showers
- Logbook stamps provided
This experience is restricted to certified divers who have dived within the last 12 months and have at least 10 dives. If you do not meet these requirements, you can join an easy shore dive first to prepare.
