Tour Description
The tour starts in Funchal and visits several distinctive locations including Lugar de Baixo, Lombo do Mouro, Bica da Cana, Paul da Serra, Santa, Porto Moniz, Seixal, Serra d’Água, and back to Funchal.
Experience the island’s northern coast, breathe crystal-clear air, and explore the Laurisilva forest near Santa. Descend to charming villages and waterfalls in Seixal. Next, visit Porto Moniz to see volcanic rock-formed natural saltwater pools.
End the route at Serra d’Água valley, offering views of the South Coast, Encumeada, Ribeira Brava, and Campanário. On Mondays, the itinerary includes additional exploration of Madeira’s west and north sides.
