Explore Madeira behind the wheel of your own buggy, combining scenic mountain roads with thrilling off-road sections that reach the island’s authentic landscapes.
Starting with a short scenic drive, the adventure begins in Santo da Serra, where you will navigate dirt tracks and forest paths leading to viewpoints accessible only by off-road vehicles.
The route continues towards Portela and the Funduras area, taking you through the Laurisilva Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along the way, enjoy views of the north coast and, on clear days, spot the island of Porto Santo in the distance.
You can choose between 550cc and 1000cc buggies depending on your desired pace and off-road power.
