Begin with a pickup from your accommodation. Stop to one of the island’s most atmospheric fishing villages, named after monk seals which are frequent visitors to the harbor.
After visiting Camara de Lobos, your driver will head further up to the world's second-highest sea cliff and Europe’s highest (580m)-(1775 ft).
Stop at the town of Ribeira Brava, which reflects the personality of the stream, from where it gets its name, Ribeira (river) Brava (wild).
Arrive at Ponta do Sol, the sunniest spot on the island to see exactly how it earned its name, sunny point. Explore the pretty village of Calheta, set in a steep valley just above the coast.
