The tour includes a visit to the Fountain of the English, also known as the Bishop's Fountain, a historic monument near the summer residence of Funchal's prelate. The fountain’s name references English inscriptions on its backrests.
After the market, the route continues to Quinta do Santo da Serra, featuring a small animal exhibition, various indigenous and exotic tree species, and a viewpoint overlooking the Machico mountains, Ponta de São Lourenço, and Porto Santo Island. There is also a picnic area available.
