Description
The experience begins at a pristine beach where you will meet friendly, experienced instructors who provide a safety briefing and introduction. You will be equipped with a wetsuit and surfboard matched to your size and skill level.
The lesson starts with a warm-up and covers ocean awareness, paddling techniques, and the 'pop-up' maneuver to stand on your board. Instructors accompany you in the water, guiding you through catching waves and offering constructive feedback to improve your skills.
Between waves, you can appreciate the Atlantic Ocean surroundings while enjoying a supportive group atmosphere. The session concludes with a progress review and personalized tips for continued practice.
