Description
The surf school delivers quality surfing experiences for those starting out and those looking to advance their technique. First-time surfers can expect to stand up on the board during a safe, guided one-day surf initiation.
Intermediate and advanced surfers receive tailored instruction aimed at skill improvement, using appropriate programs based on individual level. The teaching approach integrates environmental awareness, weather conditions, tide knowledge, safety procedures, and technical equipment understanding alongside surfing techniques.
Certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, the Portuguese Tourism Bureau, and the local Port Authority, the school employs experienced, certified instructors. Facilities include beachside changing rooms and freshwater showers available after sessions.

Important Information
- Lesson start times (around 9:00 AM) depend on sea and tide conditions and vary daily.
- Surf lessons are scheduled according to tide and swell forecasts and must be confirmed by 8:00 PM the day before via WhatsApp.
- The activity runs in all weather conditions, including rain.
- The total experience lasts approximately 3 hours, including preparation, warm-up, explanations, and the 2-hour lesson.
- Equipment provided includes surfboard and wetsuit; insurance is included.
- Free photos are provided unless prevented by weather or technical issues; optional photo analysis is available if minimum group size is met.
- Maximum instructor-to-student ratio is 1:5.
