Description
Guests are collected from their accommodation and taken to a local restaurant to enjoy a three-course meal with unlimited red wine, white wine, beer, and soda. The evening begins with a glass of Madeira wine and tomato soup served with bolo do caco, a traditional sweet potato bread.
The main course features espetada, skewered beef accompanied by french fries, vegetables, salad, and fried maize—a typical Madeiran dinner. Dessert options include coffee mousse or fresh fruit salad, followed by coffee and a Madeiran liqueur digestive. Throughout the meal, a Madeiran folk group performs traditional music and dance.
