Description
Opened in July 2021, MAMMA covers 800 square meters and showcases around 300 artworks, including paintings and diverse installations. The museum is organized into 14 thematic zones, each filled with innovative and creative works.
It was created by Madeiran artist Rui Sá, whose 15 years of artistic experience shaped this project. Inspired by avant-garde movements of the 19th and 20th centuries, MAMMA encourages visitors to discover new perspectives through visually striking and thought-provoking pieces.
