Start with a scenic drive to Curral das Freiras (Nun's Valley), surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks that set the challenge’s tone. Certified guides provide a detailed technical briefing on rope management and body positioning to prepare you before entering the water.

The canyon offers a sequence of eight waterfalls to descend, including navigating narrow basalt passages and emerald pools. The final rappel is an 18-meter waterfall requiring calm, precision, and trust, guided closely by experts. Between rappels, enjoy natural slides and optional jumps into deep volcanic basins, all at a measured pace ensuring safety and focus.
