Guided by our experienced dive professionals, you will take a short walk straight into the clear waters of the Atlantic—eliminating the need for long boat rides. As you descend through the crystal-clear water, you will come face-to-face with a remarkable piece of history: an authentic 300-year-old bronze cannon resting on the seabed. This historic artifact carries a dramatic past—it was stolen from the nearby island of Porto Santo over 30 years ago before being recovered and preserved underwater. Today, this impressive bronze relic is fully integrated into the marine ecosystem, serving as a unique historical landmark and a fantastic backdrop for underwater photography. Beyond its historical heritage, our House Reef is a thriving sanctuary for marine biodiversity.
