Description

This trip is for those who like to fly over the top of Serra de Água Valley and perhaps finish the tour drinking the most tradicional drink of Madeira “Poncha”. Embrace our big adventure team aboard our jeeps and enjoy the views with our well informed and professional guide. In this tour we will be able to see the very well known bay of Câmara de Lobos from the top, as well as the amazing terraces wich allowed people from Madeira to have crops in our very steep hills Cabo Girão, one of the highest skywalk in Europe at 589 meters above the sea level with a superb view over Câmara de Lobos and Fajã do Cabo Girão. Once we get back from the glass platform on Cabo Girão we will be going down passing through the small but cosy village of Campanário, and of course heading to the top of the valley of Serra de Água among the most majestic mountains with a view of Encumeada mountain and the valley of Serra de Água through the Trompica off-road. To finish, thirsty and happy we will go towards Ribeira Brava city, where we will stop to have a cultural and historical briefing about poncha and of course taste it in one of the oldest poncha bars in the island
