Description

Discovering the East, with a 4x4, gives you the opportunity to see places, we you wouldn’t pass. Starting with the oldest part, the dragon’s tail of Madeira. Amazing cliff views will be waiting there for you. From here on, we will go to another viewpoint in the East, where again you will have an amazing view over the cliff sides and an good view, towards the dragon’s tail. After the views, it’s time to see some old traditions of the island. Passing over the mountains, we are going towards the village of Santana, to see the old traditional houses. Driving throughout Santana, we will pass the valley of Ilha, where you will find a part of Madeira, rough and beautiful. On the other side of the valley, we willing the oldest working watermill of Europe. When we enjoyed the traditions of Madeira, it is time for some excitement. With an off-roading, we are driving towards the valley of ribeiro frio, throughout the Laurisilva forest. Going to the 3rd highest peak, Pico do Arrieiro, where you will have a view, over the highest mountains and the valley’s.
