Firstly, we find out what you would like to gain from your walk on Porto Santo and plan a route with you which fits your needs and the local conditions. Our island has a rich and diverse centuries’ old heritage - natural, agricultural, industrial and cultural and stunning, varied landscapes. Your guided walk will focus on your interests - so you can feel the genuine essence of Porto Santo on your terms, at your pace and at a time to suit you and your plans. We provide a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the port/airport, the city of Vila Baleira or your accommodation and take you far from the madding crowds, either solo or in exclusive small groups, on selected trails. Our guides provide a truly personal welcome and are known for their genuine love of the island. Porto Santo is the oldest island in the Madeiran archipelago and we hope by walking with us you will gain an insight into how it gained its status as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the most connected way - on foot and with an experienced, insured resident guide. After your walk, we will safely drop you off at your accommodation, in the city of Vila Baleira - sharing information about great places to eat and drink - or take you to the airport or port.
